What's the difference between Second Opinion and Full Package?

Second Opinion ($189.99) includes two documents: an XLS/PDF underwriting worksheet and a 5-page investment analysis. Full Package ($250) includes both of those plus a synthesis worksheet with equity splits, refi/mortgage schedules, and a 5-year projection outlook. Full Package also includes your Tier 1 Aurevon Insider NFT.

What do I need to submit?

At minimum: property address, purchase price, rent roll, T12 or trailing expenses, and debt assumptions. After payment goes through, you'll be redirected to submit all your deal details. If you're missing pieces, we flag estimated values and label every assumption in the report.

How do payments work?

Pay with card via Stripe or use PayPal. Once your payment clears, you're immediately redirected to the deal intake form to submit your property details. Second Opinion and Full Package are one-time charges per deal. Pro Retainer and Enterprise are monthly subscriptions — cancel anytime.
